Location:  Honolulu, HI

 

Job Summary

KaiHonua, LLC is looking for a System Center Configuration Manager to troubleshoot issues related to Infrastructure and train additional team members on the current processes and procedures. Serve as an administrator and demonstrate the ability independently support Tripler Army Medical Center. 

 

Responsibilities

Must be able to perform the following:

  • Troubleshoot and fix issues related to primary site servers, secondary site servers, and SCCM clients.
  • Ensure patches are made to all Enterprise Service Centers (ESCs) and Operating Locations (OLs)
  • Serve as central point of contact for coordination and deliver of patch support service requirements.
  • Work with on-site team to review client requirements and conduct trend analysis.
  • Deploy standard software packaging and patch deployment methodologies.
  • Provide technical advice and assistance on the design, implementation and operation of systems.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on related activities.
  • Other duties as required

Military Installation Access and Security Clearance:  This position resides on a military installation.  Must be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass (successful pass of background check) and currently hold or able to obtain a security clearance.

Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution as well as a minimum of DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level I certification and 5 or more years in-depth work experience in the technical concepts, practices, and procedures relating to Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in an IT healthcare environment.
