Location:  Kwajalein Atoll (Marshall Islands)

Job Summary:

KaiHonua is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to join our rapidly growing company.  Work within a cohesive team environment and support multiple, mission-critical locations. Assist in maintaining DoD and US Army IT compliance standards. 


Under general direction, provides second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware.  Handles problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve.  May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.  Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.  Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.  Maintains currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.


Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • 8 years of experience performing systems administration functions 
  • Must possess and maintain an IT III level certification IAW AR 25-2
  • IAT I certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M
  • HDI Customer Service Representative, HDI Support Center Analyst, HDI Technical Support Professional
  • One of the following: GSEC, Security+, SSCP, CCNA-Security
