Job Summary

Plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of the business organization; reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress; directs and coordinates formulation of financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations to maximize return on investments and increase productivity.


  • Successfully oversee a variety of detailed, diverse elements of organization financial and operational tasks
  • Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints
  • Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates and ensures assignments are completed as directed
  • Interfaces with customers and government contacts
  • Travel to management and customer meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related field
  • 5+ years experience minimum
  • Equivalent combination of knowledge and specialized experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.
  • Management experience with growth organizations
  • Financial and budget management expertise
  • Possess working knowledge of DoD federal contract award and continuity process
  • Knowledge of Information Technology functions and processes
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management and client
  • Ability to expand business opportunities and facility organizational growth
  • Must have an active federal government security clearance
