The Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the Government Customer is responsible for assisting on a diverse set of matters and projects. This is a fast-paced role with a variety of tasks associated that necessitate someone with high agility, professionalism and being comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Specific duties include:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the Executives’ schedules, including domestic and international travel.
  • Produce PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Serve as gatekeeper of the Executives’ time, schedules, and information while maintaining a courteous manner.
  • Must be able to maintain complete confidentiality regarding details of schedules and related information.
  • Anticipate potential schedule conflicts and proactively deal with them before they become issues
  • Maintain key databases, including assisting in ensuring data is populated on a correct and timely basis, preparing and distributing reports and interfacing with vendors as appropriate.
  • General project management assistance, including maintaining and updating action plans and timelines, scheduling meetings and interfacing with project groups as appropriate.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings/gatherings.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline. Relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree, like Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Crediting Combinations of Education and Experience standard.


5-8 Years demonstrated/practical hands-on experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Must be highly proficient in spreadsheet, presentation, & mail software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proven track record of performance, results, customer-focus and positive, “can-do” attitude.


Employee must possess and maintain a Top-Secret/SCI security clearance and must be willing to consent to a CI Polygraph. Each employee must have the required final security clearance at work performance start date. Must be a US Citizen.
