Job Description

Vintun LLC is a leading provider of business and consulting services across the Federal Government.  Vintun delivers projects that enable our customers to achieve strategic results and to improve their operational efficiency.  Vintun specializes in information management services, program support and technology implementations. 


Vintun LLC is seeking a Consultant to support a DoD Information Technology Program to build and develop a cost models that estimate operational, procurement and manpower cost.  The individual will be responsible for supporting the analysis of process, technology contractual data and work activity to determine cost and the relationships of those cost to the service delivery model.  Additionally, the cost analyst will be responsible for developing scenarios and presenting the cost impact of multiple scenarios to senior executives within DoD.  Ability to develop excel based multi-dimensional models or the use of common cost estimation tools is highly preferred.

  • DoD 5000 and ACAT Program Management experience
  • Information Technology Financial Management experience
  • OMB 300 Development
  • Cost estimation
  • Cost modeling
  • ITIL and ITSM process constructs
  • Manpower estimation to include use of manpower cost databases
  • Exceptional excel and presentation skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • DAWIA background preferred
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • Have an active Federal Security clearance-DoD preferred
