Job Description

Vintun LLC is seeking a Business Process Consultant to provide operational improvement and consulting services to a federal client in the Washington Metropolitan area.   The Candidate should have the ability to identify, document business and functional processes within a team environment.  In addition, the client should be able to assess and identify organizational misalignments and areas for efficiency improvement.  Having experience within a Government environment and an understanding of resource management processes would be ideal.   The candidate should have the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly and be able to facilitate the completion of multiple tasks and assignments. 

Candidates should have the following performance standards:

  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to host and facilitate Process Workshops for large groups.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members
  • Architecture development and design
  • Business Process Improvement/Re-engineering
  • Commercial and Federal consulting experiences
  • Well organized
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous professional consulting experience at “Big 4” or similar practice

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Program Management classes or PMP certification (desirable)
  • An Active SECRET clearance is required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
