Job Summary:

KaiHonua, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Administrative Assistant to join our growing company. The candidate will work within a cohesive team.  This team supports entertainment venues and company sponsored events.

 

Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned and must be able to perform with minimal guidance)

 

  • Office and project coordination
  • Follow up with customers and team members
  • Tracking tasks to completion
  • Sending invoices
  • Collecting payments
  • Scheduling team members for projects
  • Working with customers and answering phone calls
  • Responding to customer emails
  • General clerical and office duties
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 2+ years of experience
